First Place Supply offers a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Our available shipping methods include:
- Standard Ground Shipping
- Expedited Shipping
- Priority Shipping
- LTL Freight
- LTL Freight w/ Liftgate
- Overnight on select products in stock (call to confirm availability)
Please note that the available shipping options may vary based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
2. Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard ground shipping on eligible products marked as "Free Shipping." However, please be aware of the following conditions:
- Free shipping is only available for orders shipping to addresses within the Lower 48 states of the United States.
- Free shipping applies only to standard ground shipping.
- Free shipping is only applicable to products marked as "Free Shipping" Other items in your order will incur shipping charges.
- If you choose an expedited or priority shipping option, additional charges will apply.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for products not eligible for free shipping are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the delivery address. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process, before completing your purchase.
4. Delivery Times
Standard ground shipping from First Place Supply typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited and priority shipping options are available for faster delivery.
Please note that the delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as weather, holidays, and processing time at our warehouse.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. First Place Supply also reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain addresses at our discretion.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information from First Place Supply. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your order.
