Pelsue Expandable Fall Arrest Post + FB-SW3 Weld-On Base Plate w/ Tie-Off Anchor

The Pelsue Expandable Fall Arrest Post (TFAT-11A) is a standalone telescopic post, no separate expansion accessory needed to raise it from 7' to 11' via its pin attachment. It provides single-person tie-off, man-rated to 310 lbs, and weighs 75 lbs.

The Pelsue Expandable Fall Arrest Post (TFAT-11A) is paired here with the FB-SW3 Weld-On Base Plate with Tie-Off Anchor, a 2-ear pin mount design intended to be permanently welded to structural steel.

FB-SW3 General Specifications:

• Intended to be permanently attached to structural steel members and used with any of Pelsue's removable-mounting fall arrest towers
• Plate is to be welded to the surface, adhering to all Pelsue guidelines

FB-SW3 Materials & Construction:

• General construction: Welded carbon steel
• Weld certification: AWS - D1.1
• Material: ASTM A36 steel

FB-SW3 Dimensions: Length 9.0" × Width 8.0" × Height 2.9" Weight: 12 lbs. (5.5 kg)

Strength & Testing Data:

• Torsional proof load: 20,274 ft.-lb. (27,488 N-m) at pin hole center
• Equivalent load and angle: 5,400 lb. (2,449 kg) tensile force applied at a point 55 inches (1.4 m) above pinhole center at 55° off vertical

Note: The base plate itself is independently tested to a multi-person fall arrest anchorage rating (see testing data above). However, when paired with the TFAT-11A, overall system capacity is governed by the post's own rating: single-person tie-off, man-rated to 310 lbs.
