The Pelsue Portable Davit System is extremely versatile and can be used for both fall protection and rescue & retrieval. The system includes a universal bracket for the mounting of a hoist, standard SRL, or 3-Way SRL, and offers an additional mounting location for using two systems.
All Pelsue Davit Systems are built from structural aluminum, allowing for lightweight and portable use. They are also specifically engineered to be fully set up in about 5 minutes. Expandable Davit Bases
The Pelsue Model EB56 and EB66 are lightweight and portable bases designed for use with Pelsue Davit Arms. The width can be easily adjusted and the entire base collapses down into convenient storage dimensions. The bases have wheels so you can easily roll the system to the confined space. They include 4 corner jacks for leveling on uneven ground.
Max. davit offset is 18” to 24”.
Portable Wall Mounted Bases
Portable Wall Mount - Made of zinc plated carbon steel. Clamping via eight bolts, the wall mount straddles walls of tanks, caissons, shorings, etc. up to 3" thick.
Clamping Portable Wall Mount - For clamping onto a wall ranging from 3" to 8" thick walls.
Adjustable Wall Mount - Can clamp to any wall ranging from 1" to 23-1/4" thick.
Recommended Hoist Descriptions
Standard Hoist (PH07C): The Pelsue PH Series Hoists are designed and tested as retrieval and lifting devices as defined in OSHA Safety Standards for attaching a person that is entering or exiting a confined space.
Quick Release Retrieval Hoist (PHQR-T70): The Pelsue PHQR Series Hoists share nearly all the same features as the PH Series Hoists, but are unique in the fact that the lifting rope is not permanently fixed to the hoist drum.
Standard Self-Retracting Lifeline (PSRL1150-SS): Standard Self Retracting Lifelines (SRLs) are designed for use by construction workers, utility personnel, and maintenance repair employees needing on the job fall protection. They are also designed for confined space applications where fall protection and rescue & retrieval are extremely important.
3-Way Self-Retracting Lifeline (PSRL1350-TRB): If a worker slips or falls, the 3-Way SRL locks up to arrest the fall. The system can then be activated into winch mode, raising or lowering the worker to safety. The 3-Way is different than the standard SRL by adding retrieval/descender capabilities.
